The President of the United States is NOT an American
He crossed the line. Congress must act—or admit the Constitution no longer matters.
Let me say it again, slowly, so even the sycophants and cultists can hear it through the static of their own treasonous echo chamber:
The President of the United States is NOT an American.
Not in spirit. Not in word. Not in values. Not in the sacred oaths he “took” and then spat on. He is, in fact, the antithesis of America; a man who openly disrespects our Constitution, who despises our institutions, and who now questions whether the rights guaranteed to every person under the law: due process, even matter. You know, that little detail that’s supposed to be his main job?
In a recent interview, the First Felon trump said, with a straight face, that he doesn’t know whether due process is a right afforded to anyone, not even citizens.
Let that sink in.
The current occupier of the office of the President of the United States doesn’t know, or more likely just doesn’t care, whether the Constitution still applies to anyone, let alone a fully legal American citizen.
Let’s be crystal clear: Due process is not a courtesy. It is not a suggestion. It is not optional.
Due process is the fifth and fourteenth amendments to the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the Land.
Due process is Miranda rights.
Due process is trial by jury.
Due process is habeas corpus.
Due process is the very idea that the government does not get to crush you under its boot without following the law.
Without due process, there is no America.
There is only centralized power and ultimate submission. Kings and subjects. Oppressors and the disappeared. Sound familiar?
And at this point, it’s falling further and further behind the news cycle.
Look, trump doesn’t “wonder” whether due process is a right. He knows it is, and he hates it for that very reason, because it gets in the way of what he wants to do: punish enemies, protect loyalists, and destroy democracy.
This is not a gaffe.
This is not a mistake.
This is not something we can forget about.
And if you let it slip through the cracks, you will be complicit in the death of the republic.
This is where I turn my attention directly to you, the elected members of Congress. Yes, all of you. Democrats, Republicans, and Independents alike, you all have a decision to make. Right now.
Your job is not to defend a party.
Your job is not to appease a base.
Your job is to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic.
Right now, you are all writing the playbook for how this country deals with an American fascist.
And so far? That playbook sucks.
Well guess what?
The domestic threat is in the Oval Office right now.
A man who does not believe in due process is not just unfit to govern, he is unfit to even live in a nation founded on law, liberty, and justice. He’s trying to dismantle the American idea from the inside out, one principle at a time, until nothing is left but a throne.
You, the Congress, are the last check before collapse.
To the House of Representatives:
This is your moment. Each and every one of you.
Impeachment is not optional, it is your constitutional duty.
The People’s House MUST rise. If you can’t find the courage to act now, you are signing the death certificate of American democracy with your own bloody and trembling hands, and history will NOT forget you.
To the United States Senate:
You are not jurors. You are not spectators. You are defenders of the republic.
Your oath binds you to protect the Constitution; not to protect a man, a party, or a poll number.
If you cannot convict a president who openly dismisses the most fundamental rights of American citizens, then you are declaring that no law binds power anymore, that you are all useless, and that we must take matters back to the power of We the People.
Let’s be blunt: There is no coming back from this if you fail to act.
If this moment passes unpunished, like it is RIGHT NOW, every future president (assuming we have them) will know that they can throw out any amendment they don’t like, jail their political enemies whenever they want, and really do whatever the hell they want period, because precedent will have already been set. It’s being set right now by the decisions being made right now.
You already wrote the playbook. You chose appeasement. And history will remember it.
America isn’t a country because of borders. It isn’t a flag. It isn’t an anthem. It isn’t cheap words spoken loud and angry.
America is an idea, and one that lives and dies by its principles.
Due process is one of those principles.
The person who sits in the White House just declared war on it.
If he is not removed for this, then the American presidency becomes nothing, the idea fails, and tyranny will rise again.
This is the red line crossed.
This is the 5 alarm fire.
And this is your last chance to prove that the Constitution still matters.
Or go ahead, let the experiment end.
But don’t pretend you didn’t have the power to stop it.
How much do you love your country & freedom? Are you willing to fight for it? Are you willing to lose your slave wage jobs, starve, suffer the cold, bleed, & die for it?
Serious business, put your money where your mouth is, speak out, arm up, & show out. I dare you to live free & be an American.
Revolution is the solution.
Well spoken and absolutely the case! This is NOT the time to prevaricate and quibble over what to do. This IS the time to act and that means it is time to impeach this motherfucker and erase his ass from American history as being nothing but a horrible mistake made by misguided choices of
some ignorant voters. It IS not business as usual political scrimmaging; it's do or die for democracy. You, congressional members and you, senators, YOU will be judged by history as either a defender of the constitution or an architect of its demise. CHOOSE! ACT! DEFEND or get the fuck out of the way. Viva la revolution!
